These are the cornerstone of what we do at CrossFit Jacksonville Beach. CrossFit is a fitness program designed using constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity.
As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled-up or scaled-down to be accessible to all populations. If you’re just starting out, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.

Our program dedicated specifically to the 50 and older crowd. We have devised this program to meet a growing demand in our community from the 50+ crowd for a fitness program that is catered to their needs.
We work hard to ensure that as our clients age they not only maintain but continue to grow their overall strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Age is just a number in this class as you will shortly find out. Classes are an hour long and meet 5 days a week. Come find your inner strength!
Personal Training offers an individual approach through custom 30 or 60 Minute training sessions. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast looking to be pain-free or a competitive athlete training for a specific sport or event, our coaches tailor an accelerated training program to your current fitness level and work alongside you to correct your identified imbalances and have you accomplishing your goals.
It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer both 1-on-1 and Group Nutrition Services.
